Effective June 12, 2023, the state of Delaware no longer accepts document swap requests. If an error was made on a filed document, a Certificate of Correction must be filed. This applies to all entity types and expedite levels.
Delaware will also no longer allow for completed filings to be rejected within 24 hours. Any completed filings that you’d like backed out of the system will have to go through a correction process.
