Ohio – Corporations required to submit Certificate of Tax Clearance to file voluntary dissolution

Effective September 29, Ohio for-profit corporations must submit a Certificate of Tax Clearance from the Department of Taxation in order to file a voluntary Certificate of Dissolution (Form 561) with the Secretary of State.  More information is available here.
