Senate Bill 333 (Session Law No. 167) signed by the governor December 19 and effective March 20 authorizes the Superintendent of Financial Institutions to issue temporary mortgage loan originator licenses to out-of-state applicants for 120 days while annual licensing requirements are being completed.
