Oregon – Legislation Effective March 12 Relates to Rules For Business Entities Involved in a Court Proceeding

House Bill 2328 signed by the governor and effective March 12 clarifies that a party that is not a natural person (business entity) must appear in court proceedings by attorney unless otherwise specifically provided by law.
