The Office of the Secretary of State Corporation Division announced mandatory staff training on Tuesday November 5 and Wednesday November 6 will delay turnaround times to process walk-in filings. The office policy is filings and copy requests will be processed in the order they were received and are generally completed within three (3) business days, although commonly the office processes filings and requests the same day received. The Corporation Division’s new website will be launched Saturday, November 16. All renewals except domestic LLC, domestic nonprofit and assumed business names must be filed online and any payment received with a renewal notification letter will be returned to the entity without being processed.
