Fastighetsbolaget Emilshus AB (publ) – Unconditional notice of early redemption

To the holders in the ISIN: SE0017769060, issued by Fastighetsbolaget Emilshus AB (publ) on 14 April 2022.

Intertrust (Sweden) AB acts as agent (the “Agent”) for the holders of the notes (the “Noteholders”) in the above-mentioned up to SEK 1,000,000,000 senior unsecured floating rate notes with ISIN: SE0017769060 (the “Notes”) issued by Fastighetsbolaget Emilshus AB (publ), Reg. No. 559164-8752, (the “Issuer”). In its capacity as Agent, and as follow from the Finance Documents, the Agent hereby gives notice to all Noteholders of the Issuer’s outstanding Notes for early redemption of the Notes in full.
