The bankruptcy in the subsidiary MI Andersson AB has been finalised and the bankruptcy lawyer Schjødt has paid out the proceeds from the sale of the Sanden and Järfälla properties to the banks and the paying agent for the senior bonds with ISIN as per above. The funds should arrive at the accounts during the coming days.

• For the SEK bond 31.63 % of nominal amount will be paid out
• For the NOK bond 31.25 % of nominal amount will be paid out
• For the USD bond 30.45% of nominal amount will be paid out

The deviations are due currency variations and Swedish bankruptcy laws.

It is the ambition of the trustee to make additional payments to the Bondholders of approximately SEK 8,000,000 before the end of the year. This means approximately another 2 percent will be paid within short. These funds come from the sale of properties in Karlholm.
