Notice of missed interest payments for bonds issued by Frederiksborg Ejendomme 2 ApS

To holders of the Second Lien Callable Fixed Rate SEK and EUR Bonds 2019/2021 with SEK BONDS – ISIN: SE0012816726 and EUR BONDS: – ISIN: SE0012816734 and the holders of the Senior Secured Callable Fixed Rate SEK and EUR Bonds 2020/2021 with SEK BONDS – ISIN: SE0014957445 and EUR BONDS: – ISIN: SE0014957452 (the “Bonds”) issued by Frederiksborg Ejendomme 2 ApS (the “Issuer”).

This notice will be sent by Intertrust (Sweden) AB (the “Trustee”) to direct registered owners and registered authorised nominees (Sw. förvaltare) of the Bonds recorded as of 2021-12-03 in the debt register (Sw. skuldbok) kept by Euroclear Sweden.

At the request of the Issuer, the Trustee, acting in its capacity as agent for the Bondholders under the Terms and Conditions, hereby distributes information regarding the missing interest payments on the SEK Bond ISINs.

Please find the message from the Issuer below;

Dear investors

The interest payment in Frederiksborg Ejendomme 2 ApS (junior and senior) in EUR has been performed today. However, the interest payment in SEK has not yet been performed. The interest payment in SEK will be performed as soon as possible and is expected early next week. Default interest will be paid out for this period which means that you will be compensated for this delay.
