Notice of outcome for Second Lien Fixed Rate Bonds issued by Real Danmark A/S

To the holders of the Second Lien Fixed Rate Bonds 2019/2021 with ISIN: EUR BONDS: SE0013041530, and SEK BONDS SE0013041522 (the “Junior Bonds”) issued by Real Danmark A/S (the “Issuer”) on 29 August 2019

In the written procedure for which notice was given on 21 December 2021 and last date to vote was 11 January 2022, the quorum requirement was not met hence the amendments have not been approved. The Issuer will on 12 January 2022 initiate a second written procedure.
