Notice of outcome in the written procedure for the senior secured callable fixed rate bonds issued by GOLF HOTEL LÆSØ A/S (the “Issuer”) on 30 June 2017 (the “Bonds”)

The quorum requirement was not met in the written procedure initiated by GOLF HOTEL LÆSØ A/S on 28 June 2019.

In the written procedure for which notice was given on 28 June 2019 and last date to vote was 21 August 2019, the Issuer hereby announce that the quorum requirements stipulated in the Terms and Conditions for the Bonds was not met thus the Request (as defined in the Notice) was neither accepted nor rejected.

A second Written Procedure might be initiated in accordance with the Terms and Conditions. More information will follow shortly.
