Notice of outcome in the Written Procedure of Blåfjell AS senior secured bonds issued 9 November 2017

To the bondholders in the senior secured bonds with ISIN NO 001 080980.9 (the “Bonds”) issued by Blåfjell AS (the “Issuer”) on 9 November 2017.

In the written procedure for which notice was given on 29 January 2020 at 12.00 CET, the Trustee hereby announce that the quorum requirement stipulated in the Terms and Conditions for the Bonds was not met, thus the Request (as defined in the notice) was neither accepted nor rejected.

The Issuer will decide whether to initiate a Second Written Procedure or not within 10 business days.
