Notice of outcome in the written procedure of Prime Living AB (publ)

To the bondholders in the SEK 400,000,000 senior secured callable floating rate bonds with ISIN SE0009155286 (the “Bonds”) issued by Prime Living AB (publ) (the “Issuer”).

In the written procedure for which notice was given on 21 August 2020 and last date to vote was 9 September 2020, Prime Living AB (publ) (the “Issuer“) hereby announce that the quorum requirement of at least 50 per cent of the Adjusted Nominal Amount was not achieve.
