Notice of outcome in the written procedure of the NOK 42,000,000 bonds due 2020 with ISIN N00010834021 (the “Bonds”) issued by Quorum Properties AB (the “Issuer”) on 9 October 2018

In the written procedure for which notice was given on 2 June 2020 and last date to vote was 17 June 2020, the agent hereby announces the successful completion of the written procedure in relation to the Bonds (the “Request”). 

A sufficient number of bondholders participated in the written procedure and the Request was accepted by 100 per cent of the eligible votes.
