The Bureau of Corporation and Charitable Organization upgraded the Penn File application over the Aug. 1-2 weekend. The state is working to restore the services as soon as possible. The state is accepting all regular Corporation filings however the state is unable to process UCC filings. Resumption of UCC services will occur at approximately 9:00 AM Eastern Time Wednesday, August 5 or upon successful deployment of all related updates.
