The Department of State posted a news release regarding a permanent injunction obtained against Aaron Williams, Pennsylvania Corporate Compliance Service and any other fictitious entities operated by Williams who mailed solicitations to Pennsylvania corporations to pay $125.00 for an annual meeting disclosure statement.
