The Pennsylvania Department of State Bureau of Corporations and Charitable Organizations will undergo major system upgrades over the next few days to provide better service to customers. The Bureau will maintain regular business hours, but some services will be interrupted. Documents for expedited services will be not accepted after 1:59 pm on Friday, July 31. The website will not be available after 4:00 pm. The Bureau will resume normal business operations on Monday, August 3.
