Monday, April 15, is the deadline for corporations to file 2018 annual reports and LLCs to pay the annual fee. An extension to June 14 to file the annual report can be requested by Monday April 15 with payment of the annual report filing fee. Corporations which receive an extension to June 14 can request a second extension to July 15 prior to June 14 by paying a fee of $30.00.
