Due to Hurricanes Irma and Maria, government offices in Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands will be closed until further notice. The Puerto Rico Registry is closed at this time with no re-opening date. The Lieutenant Governor’s office in St. Thomas USVI was completely destroyed by Hurricane Irma and it will be many months before their office is re-opened.
