House Bill 5647 (Chapter 20) and cross filed Senate Bill 618 (Chapter 9) both signed by the governor and effective June 19 amend the nonprofit corporation act to change the supporting document for a foreign qualification from a copy of the corporation’s charter to a certificate of status.
