Sampson and Wilson Counties, NC, are now accepting UCC?s, Deeds, Deeds of Trust and many more document types?through CSC eRecording. Current CSC eRecording customers can now view this updated information in their drop-down menus when preparing new documents.
In order to electronically file a Deed in Wilson County, NC, the following language must appear anywhere?on the first page of the Deed:
I, [Name of Filing Firm or Entity], have confirmed the status of any delinquent taxes, if any, to be paid by the closing attorney, [Attorney?s Name], to the Wilson County NC Tax Collector upon disbursement of closing proceedings.
