South Dakota – Business Entity and UCC Systems and Services Unavailable November 10 until November 14

The Secretary of State posted a notice that all systems for business entity and UCC services will be shut down and unavailable starting Thursday November 10, 2016 at 5:00 pm Central Standard Time (CST) until Monday November 14 at 8:00 am CST. The state’s new business online filing system will go live Monday, November 14, at 8:00 am CST.
