Statutory content is current through the 2023 Regular Session of the Louisiana State Legislature. The Table of Sections Affected lists all sections added and amended during the 2022 and 2023 sessions and the Legislative Analysis summarizes important changes. The book is fully annotated with the latest case notes from state and federal courts interpreting the law. There’s also an up-to-date Fee Schedule showing the secretary of state’s required filing fees for business services.
Readers can also access more than 30 Louisiana forms for incorporation or formation, qualification, mergers, dissolution, and name reservation for all entity types via the LexisNexis Store download center.
