The Lieutenant Governor’s Office in the U.S. Virgin Islands is now open. The Registry is also open and is operating under limited business hours, 9 am to 3 pm daily. Although the Registry is operational, it is operating on limited hours and staffing at this time and therefore delivery time-frames for orders cannot be guaranteed. In addition to the Lieutenant Governor’s office, most other agency offices have been re-opened as well, however are also operating under similar conditions.
