The Corporate Transparency Act (CTA) and its reporting deadlines have been reinstated following a stay of an injunction by the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas on Feb. 17.
FinCEN has extended the reporting deadline for all reporting companies to March 21, 2025, unless a later deadline applies.
