Utah – HB 290 (Chapter 292) authorizes the Division of Real Estate to terminate an entity’s registration under certain circumstances

HB 290 (Chapter 292) signed by governor March 28 authorizes the Division of Real Estate to terminate the registration of an entity if the entity’s registration with the Division of Corporations and Commercial Code has been expired for a specified period and the entity’s license has been inactive for a specified period, among other provisions.  The bill text can be accessed at http://le.utah.gov/~2013/bills/hbillenr/HB0290.htm.
