Utah – Revised Uniform Liability Company Act affects new LLC filings

January 1 was the effective date for new LLC filings under the Revised Uniform Liability Company Act enacted in 2013.  Existing LLCs are not governed by the new law until January 1, 2016.  The text of the new act can be accessed at http://www.le.state.ut.us/UtahCode/section.jsp?code=48-3a.
