Senate Bill 21 (Chapter 412) signed by the governor April 1 and effective May 14 amends the Unincorporated Business Entities Act governing LLCs, limited partnerships and general partnerships with amended provisions effective July 1, 2013 and new provisions effective January 1, 2014.
