The Ventura County, CA Recorder’s Office is now electronically recording real estate documents through Corporation Service Company? (CSC?). Any document submitter with a computer, Internet connection and scanner/printer can now eRecord real estate documents in Ventura County through CSC.
Existing CSC customers can access the county?s available document types and required fields using CSC?s Ventura County Submitter Bulletin. Customers can email csc-help@cscinfo.com if the county has not been added to their drop-down lists or with any questions or concerns.
Ventura County is part of the SECURE eRecording portal. Its recording office requires submitters to complete a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) prior to eRecording documents. If you would like to eRecord in this jurisdiction, simply complete and sign the MOU located in our?Quickstart County Guide. Please note: counties in the SECURE portal only require submitters to complete an MOU once. To begin submitting documents, update your jurisdiction settings in ePrepare to “Verified by the County.”
