House Bill 240 (Act No. 72) signed June 5 and effective July 1 increases Executive Branch fees including Secretary of State filing fees. Business entity formation and qualification fees will increase to $125.00 . Corporation annual report fees will increase to $45.00 (domestic) and $200.00 (foreign), and LLC annual report fees will increase to $35.00 (domestic) and $140.00 (foreign).
