Virginia – Corporate annual reports with director or officer changes must now be submitted by paper

Effective July 1 the State Corporation Commission Office of the Clerk no longer can accept through SCC eFile any corporate annual report containing a change to director or officer information.  More information can be accessed at the State Corporation Commission website.
