House Bill 313 (Chapter No. 197) signed March 7 and effective July 1, 2014 authorizes the clerk of the State Corporation Commission to refuse to accept a document for filing or to summarily remove the document and data related to the filing from the records and correct such records and provide notice to any business entity affected by the filing.
