All federal agencies will be closed on December 5, 2018 in honor of George Herbert Walker Bush, in conjunction with funeral services for the 41st President of the United States. In addition, the United States Postal Service (USPS) has announced that all retail locations will be closed; regular mail will not be delivered and package delivery services will be limited. Some state offices have also announced closures.
