The Department of Financial Institutions posted year-end closing information and an alert regarding effective dates for paper year-end filings. DFI recommends that any Limited Partnership and Cooperative filings received in DFI’s office after Thursday, December 19, that require a 2013 effective date be accompanied by an expedite request and additional $25.00 fee.
