The state plans to upgrade to a new system (website and internal) next week. Their system (including e-filing) will be taken offline Monday, April 22 at 5pm and brought back online either after hours on Wednesday, April 24 or early Thursday, April 25. Paper filings can be submitted (to hold the date) during the outage and will be processed once the new system is brought online .
