Wyoming – Bill Amends Existing Law to Clarify Business Entity Communications Contacts

House Bill 22 (Chapter 156) signed by the governor March 6 and effective June 3 (90 days after adjournment) amends existing law to clarify every business entity shall keep current the name, mailing address and physical address, if different, and business telephone number of the person authorized to receive communications from the registered agent and specifies the designated communications contact shall be an officer, director, LLC member or manager, managing partner or trustee of the entity and shall not be the entity‘s registered agent or an employee of the registered agent.
