Wyoming – HB 235, Effective March 9, Relates to Reinstatement for Limited Liability Partnerships

House Bill 235 (Chapter 156) signed by the governor and effective March 9 permits foreign LLPs and registered LLPs to apply for reinstatement within 2 years after the date of administrative revocation.
