The Arizona Corporation Commission’s Corporations Division posted a new legislation summary with details on Senate Bill 1356 effective August 6 which requires foreign corporations to submit certified copies from the home state and articles of amendment to application for authority for changes to name, duration or domicile or if anything on the original application was inaccurate when filed.
