The Secretary of State posted an update on its website that the annual franchise tax deadline is Monday, May 2 since April 30 falls on a Saturday. Revoked entities continue to accrue franchise tax until the entity is dissolved or withdrawn from Arkansas. Nonprofit corporations are not subject to the state franchise tax.
