The Michigan Secretary of State’s UCC system will be unavailable after 5:00 pm EST, Thursday, August 25. At 8:00 am, Monday, August 29, a new UCC system will be online. During this downtime, expected to last through opening of business on Monday August 29, all Michigan Secretary of State UCC services will be affected. The internal UCC system at the state office will be down at the same time so no mailed or delivered filings and searches will be processed during this period.
