The Lt. Governor of the Territory of the U.S. Virgin Islands posted a press release regarding email notifications by the Division of Corporations and Trademarks regarding past due and upcoming due dates for franchise taxes and trade name registration filings and the filing office’s intention to administratively dissolve entities effective November 15, 2020 for failure to pay franchise taxes. Entity and trade names will become available after entities’ administrative dissolution.
