Delaware – Annual Fee Due June 1 for Limited Liability Companies, Limited Partnerships, and General Partnerships

Monday, June 1, is the State of Delaware’s deadline for limited liability companies, limited partnerships and general partnerships formed or registered in Delaware to pay the $300.00 annual fee.  No annual report is required. The annual fee can be paid on the Delaware state website at http://corp.delaware.gov/paytaxes.shtml until 11:45 pm Monday, June 1st.  CSC provides a service to customers to pay the alternative entity annual fee for a service fee until 11:30 pm.   For additional information, contact a CSC Customer Service Specialist at 888-690-2468 or visit our Delaware Annual Report and e-filing page.
