The Delaware Secretary of State is closed Monday March 17 due to inclement weather. All corporate filing dates are secured Monday with a waiver which the state will attach to the document. Procedures for emergency filings are in effect Monday until 4:30 pm EST with a state fee of $2,500.00. District of Columbia and all government offices in DC are closed due inclement weather.
