Florida – September 27 is the last day to file 2013 annual report to avoid administrative dissolution or revocation

The Florida Department of State, Division of Corporations posted a notice indicating that September 27 is the last day that a limited liability company, corporation, or limited partnership may file its 2013 annual report form and avoid administrative dissolution or revocation.  Additionally, electronic payments will be suspended from 5pm on September 27 and resume at 8:00 am on Monday September 30.  Read the notice here.  Need assistance filing annual reports?  CSC can help.  Contact a CSC Representative @ 1-877-463-5769.
