House Bill 714 (Act 442) signed by the governor June 9 and effective August 1 amends the Business Corporation Act to incorporate changes to the Model Business Corporations Act and a transition rule for reinstatement of a corporation whose charter was revoked before January 1, 2015 to file with the Secretary of State a current annual report and articles of charter-revocation reinstatement.
