The Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs (LARA) Corporations Division announced that the new Corporations Online Filing System (COFS) will be available Monday, October 30, at 8:00 am Eastern Time. The Corporations Division office and websites will not be available from Thursday, October 26 at 5:00 pm Eastern Time until Monday, October 30 while the state undergoes system changes.
