CorpNordic has, in its capacity as agent for the maximum 450,000,000 SEK 2011/2016 bonds (ISIN SE0004296671) issued by Bactiguard, initiated a procedure in writing upon request from Bactiguard. The purpose of the written procedure is to allow bondholders to vote on an amendment of the terms and conditions in relation to the definition of Change of Control.
A formal notice of the procedure in writing has been sent by post on 10 April 2014 to directly registered bondholders and persons that have been reported as underlying owners by authorised nominees (förvaltare) as of 4 April 2014 in the debt ledger produced by Euroclear Sweden.

Bondholders may need to take certain actions in order to be eligible to vote in the procedure. More information about participation and how to vote is provided in the formal notice. The formal notice is in English but an office translation in Swedish is can be found here .
The agent must receive the voting forms no later than 16.00 CET on 8 May 2014.
