Bayport Mangament Ltd inform the bondholders of voluntary early redemption of its bonds

Reference is made to Bayport Management Ltd) (the “Issuer”) maximum SEK 1,500,000,000 senior unsecured fixed rate bonds 2015/2018 with ISIN SE0007577358 (the “Bonds”).

On the applicable Redemption Date, being 29 December 2017, the Issuer will redeem all of the outstanding Bonds in full together with accrued interest, with the applicable premium of 104% of the nominal amount of the bonds to the bondholders holding bonds on the applicable Record Date being 20 December 2017. The Bonds will in accordance with the regulations of Nasdaq OMX Stockholm be de-listed from the corporate bond list. Please see full pressrelease from Bayport here.
