Nordic Service Partners Holding AB (publ) issued on 27 June 2014, a senior secured floating rate bond on the Swedish market. The bond has an initial maximum nominal amount of SEK 200,000,000 with a 5-year maturity and a floating rate of STIBOR 3M plus 5,25 per cent per annum. The bond loan proceeds will be used for refinancing and general corporate purposes including possible acquisitions and investments. The issuer will apply for the loan to be listed on NASDAQ OMX Stockholm.
CorpNordic Sweden has been appointed by the issuer as agent for the noteholders.
