Scandinavian Air Ambulance Holding AB (publ) issues a maximum SEK 250 million senior unsecured bond. The bond has a 5-year maturity and a fixed interest rate of 8.5 per cent per annum paid semi-annually. The Issuer will be applying for the bond to be listed on NASDAQ OMX Stockholm.
CorpNordic Sweden has been appointed by the Issuer as agent for the bond investors.
