Concent Hyresfastigheter AB (publ) issued on 15 April 2015 a bond with a maximum nominal amount of SEK 150,000,000 on the Swedish market. The bond has a 5-year maturity and a fixed interest rate of 7,5 per cent. per annum. The proceeds from the issue shall be used towards acquisition of real property. The issuer will apply for the bond to be listed at NASDAQ OMX First North Bond Market.
CorpNordic Sweden has been appointed by the issuer as agent for the noteholders.
